How It Works:
- Choose Your Gift
Select the number of credits you’d like to gift, and fill out the fields above. - Personalized Delivery
We’ll email the recipient a gift confirmation, including your personalized message, on the date you choose. Please ensure the email address you provide is correct. - Order Confirmation
You’ll receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase and you will be notified again when we send the gift confirmation to the receiver.
- Claiming the Gift
The recipient simply replies to their gift email to let us know which Velocity account the credits should be transferred to (or if they need us to create a new account).
It’s That Simple!
If you’d like to give multiples (e.g., 3 Single Credits), just update the quantity in your cart after adding one item.
Important Notes:
- Please allow at least 48 hours between the order date and the recipient’s gift email date.
- Credit expiration starts from the day they are transferred to the recipient’s account:
- 1 Credit = 2 Months
- 5 Credits = 3 Months
- 10 Credits = 6 Months
- 20 Credits = 9 Months
- 30 Credits = 12 Months
