Tell us about yourself

I was born and raised in Switzerland and kicked off my sports journey with 10 years of karate, but these days I’m all about horse riding, running or taking a Powerpower class. I actually started at Velocity as a client, moved to front desk, and now starting my journey as a coach. My workouts? Expect good vibes, loud beats, and a mix of fun and challenge. We’ll sweat, push limits, and still have a great time doing it.

How did you discover Velocity?

After a break from working out, I was craving a new challenge and wanted to build better routines. A friend brought me to Velocity for a workout and from that very first session, I was hooked. The vibe, the way the workouts are built, and how it pushed me beyond my limits, it just clicked.

Why Velocity?

The community and the vibes, no question. Velocity is more than a fitness space; it’s a place where you get to challenge yourself both physically and mentally. It’s a space that lifts you up and helps you grow, with people who genuinely support you.

What was the most challenging part of the Power academy?

Definitely the multi-tasking. Coaching forced me way out of my comfort zone and suddenly I wasn’t just doing the workout, I had to lead it, explain it, hype everyone up, and keep an eye on every little detail. It was intense, but it pushed me to grow and showed me how much actually goes into running a great class.

What will make your workouts unique?

We’re going to party, sweat, and move together. It’s about the vibes, the beats, and that shared energy. Expect heavy sweat, shaky muscles, but also real connections and a moment you’ll carry with you after the class ends.

What music will you play in your workouts?

A mix of everything, electronic, dark pop, and trap. Music that builds the mood, drives the tempo, and makes you feel unstoppable.

Fun fact about you?

I’m probably the worst swimmer you’ll ever meet. I can’t stay above water for more than a minute — seriously. Keep me on dry land, and we’re good!

Join Julia in Enge every Wednesday at 16:30 starting 04.06 and Saturdays at 12:15 and 13:15 starting Saturday 31.05.
